So many results that aren't mine?

Okul Öncesi Öğretmen Adaylarının Öğretmenlik Uygulamasında Karşılaştıkları Sorunlar (İnönü Üniversitesi Örneği)

Abstract:

Amaç: Öğretmenin nitelikli olması ve sorumluluklarını yerine getirebilmesi için gerekli bütün davranışları üst düzeyde kazanmaları, hizmet öncesinde alacakları eğitimle doğrudan ilişkilidir. Hizmet öncesi eğitim, teorik bilgi ve beceriler yanında okullarda yürütülecek uygulama çalışmalarını da içermektedir. Bu araştırma okul öncesi öğretmen adaylarının öğretmenlik uygulamasında karşılaştıkları sorunları belirlemek amacıyla yapılmıştır.   Yöntem: Araştırmada ilişkisel tarama modeli kullanılmıştır. Çalışma grubunu 2016-2017 öğretim yılında İnönü Üniversitesi Eğitim Fakültesi’nin okul öncesi öğretmenliği programındaki Öğretmenlik Uygulaması dersini alan 4. sınıf öğrencileri oluşturmaktadır. Araştırmada veriler, araştırmacılar tarafından geliştirilen anket aracılığıyla toplanmıştır. Anket 99 öğretmen adayına uygulanmıştır. Elde edilen verilerin analizi, istatistik paket programından yararlanılarak frekans, yüzde, aritmetik ortalama ve ki-kare kullanılarak yapılmıştır.   Sonuçlar ve Öneriler: Araştırmada öğretmen adaylarının sınıftaki uygulama sürecinde materyal eksikliği, materyal hazırlamak için gerekli malzemeleri kendi bütçelerinden karşılamaları, sınıfın kalabalık olması, üniversitede aldıkları teorik bilgileri tamamen uygulayamamaları, etkinliklerde çocukların söz dinlememeleri, aynı seviyede olmamaları, etkinliklere karşı isteksiz olmaları ve etkinliğe katılmak istememeleri gibi sorunlarla kısmen karşılaştıkları sonucuna ulaşılmıştır. Bu sonuçlara dayalı olarak, bazı önerilerde bulunulmuştur.

Problems that Pre-School Teachers Candidate faces in Teaching Application (Inönü University Example)

Purpose: The teachers' achievement of all the behaviors necessary to be qualified and to fulfil their responsibilities at the highest level is directly related to the training they will receive before service. Pre-service training, theoretical knowledge and skills, as well as practical studies that will be carried out in schools. This research was done to identify the problems that pre-school teachers candidates encounter in teaching practice.   Method: Relational scanning model has been used in the research. The work group is made up of 4th-class students who take the course of teaching application in the pre-school teaching program of the Faculty of Education of the University of Inönü in the 2016-2017 academic year. In the study, the data was collected through the survey developed by the researchers. The survey was carried out for 99 teachers. The analysis of the data obtained was done using the statistical package program using frequency, percentage, arithmetic average and ki-quare.   Results and suggestions: The study found that the teacher candidates in the application process in the class were partially faced with problems such as the lack of material in the application process, the need for the preparation of the material from their own budgets, the crowd of the class, the incapacity to fully apply the theoretical information they obtained at the university, the failure of children to listen to the words in the events, the failure to be at the same level, the disappointment of the events and the failure to participate in the event. Based on these results, some recommendations have been made.

The Problems Of Preschool Teacher Candidates Facing In Teaching Practice (inonu University Sample)

Purpose: All the behaviors necessary for the teacher to be qualified and able to fulfill his responsibilities are directly related to the training he / she will receive during pre-service. Pre-service training includes theoretical knowledge and skills as well as practical work carried out in schools. This study aims to investigate the problems of preschool teacher candidates facing in teaching practice.   Design & Methodology: Relational survey model was used in the research. The sample of the study consists of 4th grade students that take Teaching Practice course at Inonu University, Faculty of Education, Preschool Teaching Programme. The data was collected through the questionnaire developed by the researchers. The questionnaire was implemented on 99 preservice teacher.  The data analysis were done by using frequencies, percentage, mean and chi square via statistical package programme.   Implications & Suggestions: It is concluded that teachers partially, face the lack of material, paying all the expences for the materials, crowded classrooms, not being able to implement the theoretical knowledge they had at university; students’ not following the teachers’ instructions, being in different levels, being unwilling towards the activities and being unwilling to take part in the activities. Based on these results, some suggestions have been made.
