Abstract:

Bu çalışmada amaç, sektör çalışanlarına ve işten ayrılmalarda destek hizmeti (outplacement) ile ilgilenen araştırmacılara derinlemesine bilgi sağlamaktır. Makale, kuramsal bir değerlendirme niteliğindedir. Söz konusu amaç için, derinlemesine literatür taraması yapılmış, ardından konuyla ilgili Türkiye’de yapılan çalışmalar belirlenmiştir. Araştırma sonucunda, konuyla ilgili Türkiye’de yapılan on adet çalışmaya ulaşılmıştır. Bu çalışmaların yazarı, yayınlandığı tarih, yayınlandığı yer ve araştırmanın konusu bilgisi aktarılmıştır. Bunlara ek olarak yapılan araştırmaların sonucunda elde edilen bulgular incelenmiştir. Literatür taramasının Türkiye ile sınırlandırılmasının sebebi, söz konusu hizmetin Türkçe yazınında nerede olduğunun aktarılmak istenmesidir.

Abstract:

The aim of this study is to provide profound information to industry employees and researchers interested in outplacement services. The article is a theoretical assessment. For this purpose, a thorough literary scan was done, and the work on the subject was then determined in Turkey. According to the research, there are 10 studies on the subject in Turkey. The author of these studies, the date on which it was published, the place on which it was published and the subject of the research was transmitted. In addition, the findings obtained from the results of the research was studied. The reason for the scan of literature being limited to Turkey is that it is requested to be transmitted where the service is in the Turkish text.

Abstract:

The aim of this study is to provide information in depth for the sector employees and the researchers interested in outplacement. The article is a theoretical evaluation. At first, a literature review is conducted deeply. Later, the studies in Turkey over this topic are determined. Ten studies (five theses, four articles, and one book chapter) are found and their topics, writers, and publication dates and places are cited. Then, outputs are investigated after the research. The reason behind the limitation is to provide the point outplacement stands in Turkey.
