Bu çalışmada psikolojik güçlendirme ve örgütsel özdeşleşme ilişkisi bir yerel yönetim birimi çalışanları üzerinde incelenmiştir. Bu çerçevede bu iki kavram arasındaki ilişki Gaziantep Büyükşehir Belediyesi çalışanlarından oluşan 4.458 kişilik evren içerisinden 555 kişilik bir örneklemle anket yapılarak incelenmiştir. Araştırmada tabakalı örnekleme metodu kullanılmıştır. Yapılan analizler sonucunda psikolojik güçlendirmenin örgütsel özdeşleşme üzerinde olumlu etkisi olduğu belirlenmiştir. Ayrıca demografik ve bireysel özellikleri de içeren alt hipotezler ile bağımlı ve bağımsız değişkenler arasında farklı ilişkiler tespit edilmiştir. Bu sonuçlara göre, katılımcıların psikolojik güçlendirme algıları ile eğitim düzeyi arasında anlamlı ve negatif bir ilişki belirlenmiştir. Özdeşleşme algıları ile eğitim durumları arasında anlamlı ve negatif, çalışma süreleri (kıdem) ile anlamlı ve pozitif ilişkiler saptanmıştır. Öte yandan evli katılımcıların özdeşleşme algılarının bekâr olanlara nazaran daha yüksek olduğu saptanmıştır.
In this study, the relationship between psychological strengthening and organizational identification was studied on the employees of a local management unit. In this framework, the relationship between these two concepts was studied by surveying a sample of 555 people from the universe of 4,458 employees of the Gaziantep Metropolitan Municipality. In the study, the sample method was used. The results of the analysis have found that psychological strengthening has a positive impact on organizational identification. There are also different relationships between subhypotheses, including demographic and individual characteristics, and dependent and independent variables. According to these findings, a meaningful and negative relationship has been established between the participants’ perceptions of psychological strengthening and the level of education. The perceptions of identity and the educational conditions have established meaningful and negative, meaningful and positive relationships with the working time (time). On the other hand, it is found that the perceptions of identity of married participants are higher than those who are single.
In this study the psychological empowerment and organizational identification relationship has been examined on the employees of a local government. In this context, the relationship between these two concepts has been examined by a survey of 555 people from the 4,445-person universe of Gaziantep Metropolitan Municipality. Stratified sampling method has been used. It is proved that there is a positive effect of psychological empowerment on the organizational identification. Moreover, different relationships were found between sub-hypotheses including demographic and individual characteristics and dependent and independent variables. According to these results, a meaningful and negative relationship was found between the participants' perceptions of psychological empowerment and educational level. Significant and negative relationships were detected between the perception of identification and educational status, and significant and positive relationships with perception of identification and duration of work (seniority). On the other hand, it has found that the perception of identification of married participants was higher than that of single participants.
