Bu çalısmada, çok ölçütlü karar verme yöntemlerinden Analitik Hiyerarsi Süreci ve TOPSIS’in (Technique for Order of Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution) personel seçimi sürecindeki etkililiginin karsılastırılması amaçlanmıstır. Bu kapsamda, otomotiv sektöründe faaliyet gösteren bir üretim isletmesinde personel seçimi çalısması yapılmıstır. sletmede son bir yıl içinde ise baslayan altı mühendis Analitik Hiyerarsi Süreci ve TOPSIS yöntemlerine göre degerlendirilmis, elde edilen sıralama sonuçları bu çalısanların performans puanlarıyla karsılastırılmıstır. Karsılastırmaya göreaz sapmayı gösteren yöntemin Analitik Hiyerarsi Süreci olarak belirlenmis olmasından dolayı, isletme için bu ölçütler ve alternatifler altında Analitik Hiyerarsi Süreci yönteminin daha etkili olacagı görüsü savunulmustur.
The aim of this process is to evaluate the effectiveness of multi-dimensional decision-making methods of the Analytical Hierarchy Process and TOPSIS (Technique for Order of Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution) in the selection process. In this context, it is necessary to steal the selection of staff in a production system that operates in the automotive industry. In the last one year of the sliding, the six engineers that printed the analytical hierarchy process and the TOPSIS methods were deferred, the ranking results obtained were not deferred with the performance points of these thefters. Since the method indicating a short deviation is defined as the Analytical Hierarchy Process, the view that the Analytical Hierarchy Process method will be more effective under these criteria and alternatives for implementation is defended.
