The aim of this study is to explore the relationship between health expenditure and economic growth with panel integration tests using data from 36 OECD countries for the period 2000-2017. According to the results obtained, the Pedroni and Westerlund tests, which neglect the horizontal cut addiction, show that there is a long-term relationship between health expenditure and growth. However, the results obtained with the horizontal cutting dependency do not support the results of the existence of a long-term co-integration relationship between health expenditure and growth. As a result, the findings have been found that long-term health expenditure is not a determinant of growth.
