Haber, tarih serüveninde yeni bir yolculuğa çıkmıştır. Günümüz medya ve iletişim sistemleri derin bir yapısal dönüşüm geçirmektedir. Bu yapısal dönüşüm alıcı kitle için mesaj haline getirilen saf bilginin ve haber kavramının da dönüşmesine ön ayak olmaktadır. Bu gelişim karşısında Google algoritmaları (ve diğer arama motorları algoritmaları), gazeteci ve haberci biçimlerini ve işlevlerini de yapı söküme uğratmaktadır. Bu çalışmada haberin dönüştürülmesi, paylaşılması ve özgürleştirilmesi gibi kavramsal ve felsefi bakış açıları ile gazetecilikte yaşanan yapısal dönüşüm değerlendirilmeye çalışılmıştır. Bilginin özgürce paylaşılması ve dağılımı konusunda internetin ne şekilde aktif bir rol üstlendiği değerlendirilmiştir. Yeni nesil gazeteci anlayışının küresel savaş ve demokrasi krizi içerisinde bilgiyi ve onun kontrolünü tekelinde tutan İmparatorluk’a (küresel sistemler) karşı alternatif bir ağ yaratabileceği açıklanmaya çalışılmıştır. Ancak yeni nesil gazeteciler haberleri optimize ederken habercilik etik kurallarını da ihlal etmek durumunda kalabilmektedir. Bu nedenle habercilikte SEO (Arama Motoru Optimizasyonu) kriterleri tartışma konusu olmaktadır. Yine de yeni nesil gazeteciler, internetin editöryel ve yazılımsal olanaklarını kullanarak saf bilginin özgürleşmesini ve küresel dolaşıma girmesini sağlamak için, SEO kriterlerinden yararlanabilmektedir. Bu bakış açısıyla arama motorlarının güncel etkileri sonucu habercilikte yaşanan yapısal dönüşümü irdelemek için, tüm haber web siteleri olarak değerlendirilen evren içerisinden amaçsal örneklem olarak belirlenen 12 haber web sitesinin SEO sorumluları ile derinlikli yüz yüze görüşmeler gerçekleştirilmiştir. Elde edilen veriler ışığında nitel araştırma yöntemiyle betimsel bir analiz yapılarak sonuca varılmaya çalışılmıştır.
The news has taken a new journey in its history adventure. Current media and communication systems undergo an effective structural transformation. This structural transformation leads to the transformation of pure knowledge and the concept of news into the message of the receiving mass. In the face of this development, the Google algorithms (and other search engines' algorithms), have changed formats and functions of journalist and reporter. In this study, it is tried to evaluate the structural transformation of journalism with conceptual and philosophical perspectives such as transformation, sharing and emancipation of news. The basic claim is that the internet plays the most sharply active role in the free sharing and distribution of knowledge. One of the others claims is that a new generation of journalists can create an alternative network against the Empire, which monopolizes knowledge and control in the crisis of global war and democracy. However, it is possible that new-generation journalists may violate news reporting ethics while optimizing the news. So, SEO criteria are a matter of discussion in reporting. Nevertheless, the new generation of journalists can use the Internet’s editorial and software capabilities to leverage SEO criteria to ensure that pure knowledge is emancipated and enters global circulation. From this perspective, to examine the structural transformation in the reporting as a result of the current effects of the search engines, 12 news websites identified as purposive sampling in population. After then it has been conducted depth face-to-face interviews with these SEO experts and in the light of the data obtained, a descriptive analysis was made by means of qualitative research method.
