Bu çalışmanın amacı, ev hizmetlerinde çalışanların istihdam ilke ve koşullarına ilişkin uluslararası çalışma standartları ile Türk İş Hukuku mevzuat ve uygulamalarının karşılaştırmalı olarak incelenmesidir. Ev hizmetlerinde çalışanlar ile işverenlerin iş ilişkisinden doğan karşılıklı hak ve borçları Ev İşçileri için Saygın İş hakkında 189 Sayılı ILO Sözleşmesi ve Türk İş Hukuku normları çerçevesinde değerlendirilmektedir. Çalışmanın sonuç bölümünde düşünce ve önerilere yer verilmektedir.
The aim of this study is to compare the international working standards and the laws and practices of the Turkish Business Law regarding the employment principles and conditions of the workers in home services. The mutual rights and debts arising from the business relationship of workers and employers in household services are assessed in the framework of the ILO Convention No. 189 on Honourable Work for Home Workers and the Turkish Labour Law standards. The results of the study include opinions and suggestions.
