Abstract:

TMS 19 Çalışanlara Sağlanan Faydalar Standardı kapsamında borsada işlem gören ve en çok çalışan istihdam eden şirketlerin finansal tabloları ve bağımsız denetim raporları derinlemesine incelenmiştir. İnceleme sonuçları SPSS programına aktarılarak çapraz tablolamalar yapılmıştır. Geliştirilen hipotezler doğrultusunda veriler Anova (F Testi/Varyans Analizi) testine tabi tutulmuş, sonuçlar raporlanmıştır.
