Abstract:

Türk finansal sisteminin %83’ünü bankalar oluştururken özellikle banka dışı finansal kurumlar olarak tanımlanan finansman, finansal kiralama ve faktoring şirketleri sundukları finansal hizmetler ile müşterilerinin taleplerine çözümler sunarak finansal sistemin derinleşmesine yardımcı olmaktadır. Finansal kiralama yatırımcının ihtiyacı olan bir malın, finansal kiralama şirketi tarafından satın alınması ve yatırımcıya belirli bir dönem boyunca kiralanması yöntemidir. Faktoring işletmelerin yurt içi ve yurt dışı her türlü mal ve hizmet satışından kaynaklanan ve belgeye dayalı olan vadeli alacaklarının vadesinden önce tahsiline imkan sağlayan bir finansman yöntemidir. Finansman şirketleri, otomobil, mobilya, teknolojik ürünler, telefonlar, ev aletleri gibi mal ve hizmetlerinin satın alınması için kredi sağlayan uzmanlaşmış finansal kurumlardır. Çalışmada bu üç kurumun kredi yönetimine ilişkin finansal rasyoları kredi, aktif, takipteki krediler, özel karşılıklar, gelir ve kar ile ilişkili veri ve oranlar kullanılarak, TOPSIS yöntemi ile incelenmiş, sonuçlar değerlendirilmiş ve sıralama yapılmıştır. Değerlendirme dönemi olarak 2015-2018 ele alınmıştır.

Abstract:

83% of the Turkish financial system is formed by banks, while financing, financial rental and factoring companies, specially defined as non-banking financial institutions, are helping to deepen the financial system by offering solutions to their customers’ demands and financial services. Financial rental is the method of buying a good that the investor needs by a financial rental company and leaving it to the investor for a specific period of time. Factoring is a method of financing that enables to pay for their temporary receipts, which are derived from domestic and foreign sales of goods and services and are based on documents, prior to the date of expiry. Finance companies are specialized financial institutions that provide loans for the purchase of goods and services such as cars, furniture, technological products, phones, household tools. In the study, the financial ratioes related to the credit management of these three institutions; credit, active, follow-up loans, special remunerations, income and profit-related data and rates were studied with the TOPSIS method, the results were evaluated and ranked. The evaluation period 2015-2018 was considered.
