Bu çalışmanın temel amacı literatür çalışmalarından yola çıkılarak sağlıksız ve güvensiz çalışma ortamları, çalışanların sağlık durumu, çalışan verimliliğinde azalma, çalışanların işte var olamaması ve işe devamsızlığı arasında ilişkileri tartışmak ve bunlar arasında ilişkileri ortaya koyan bir kavramsal bir model önerisinde bulunmaktır. Bunun için çalışmada öncelikle sağlıksız ve güvensiz çalışma ortamları, çalışanların sağlık durumu ve çalışan verimliliğinde azalma ve bunları etkileyen faktörler hakkında teorik bilgiler verilmiştir. Akabinde sağlıksız ve güvensiz çalışma ortamları, çalışanların sağlık durumu ve çalışan verimliliği, çalışanların işte var olamaması ve işe devamsızlığı aralarındaki karşılıklı ilişkileri ortaya koyan geçmiş yazarların çalışmalarından bahsedilmiştir. Daha sonra söz konusu ilişkileri ortaya koyan literatür çalışmaları çerçevesinde bir kavramsal model önerisinde bulunulmuştur. Bu çalışmayla sağlıklı ve güvenli çalışma ortamlarının örgütlerin ciddi verimlilik ve maliyet kayıplarına yol açan çalışanların işte var olamaması ve işe devamsızlığı üzerinde hem doğrudan etkisi olduğu, hem de sağlık durumunun aracılılık etmesiyle çalışanların işte var olamaması ve işe devamsızlığı üzerinde dolaylı etkisi olduğu açıklanmaya çalışılmıştır. Ayrıca, çalışanların işte var olamaması ve işe devamsızlığı davranışlarının birbirlerini nasıl etkilediği tartışılmıştır.
The main objective of this study is to discuss the relationships between unhealthy and unhealthy working environments, the health of employees, the reduction in the efficiency of employees, the incapacity of employees to work and the continuity of employment, and to propose a conceptual model that reveals the relationships between them. For this purpose, the study firstly provided theoretical information on the unhealthy and unhealthy working environments, the health status of employees and the decrease in the efficiency of employees and the factors that affect them. In the end, it is mentioned in the work of previous writers that revealed the mutual relationships between the unhealthy and unhealthy working environments, the health and efficiency of employees, the inability of employees to work and the continuity of employment. A conceptual model was subsequently proposed in the framework of the literary studies that revealed the related relationships. This study has sought to explain that healthy and secure working environments are not available in the workplace for employees that lead to serious efficiency and cost losses of organizations and have a direct impact on the unemployment and the health status of the employees is not available in the workplace and have a indirect impact on the unemployment. Moreover, it has been discussed how employees are unable to exist in the workplace and how their continuity behavior affects each other.
