Bu çalışmada muhasebe meslek mensuplarının karşılaştığı sorunlar ve beklentilerinin belirlenmesi amaçlanmıştır. Çalışmada Muş ve Ağrı illerindeki toplam 53 muhasebe meslek mensubuna anket uygulanmış, elde edilen veriler yüzde ve frekans dağılımı yöntemi ile analiz edilmiş, sorunlar ve beklentiler belirlenmiş ve birtakım çözüm önerileri getirilmeye çalışılmıştır. Ortaya çıkan sonuçlara göre, muhasebe meslek mensupları, daha düşük bir ücretle defter tutan meslektaşlarının olduğunu ve bunun haksız rekabeti doğurduğunu, iş yüklerinin fazla olduğunu ve ücretlerini zamanında alamadıklarını belirtmiş, Mali Müşavirler Odaları ve Hazine ve Maliye Bakanlığının kendilerine daha çok yardımcı olmalarını istemişlerdir.
This study is aimed at identifying the problems and expectations faced by accounting professionals. In the study, a total of 53 accounting professionals were surveyed, the data obtained was analyzed by the percentage and frequency distribution method, problems and expectations were identified and a number of solutions proposals were tried to be brought. According to the findings, accounting professionals have stated that they have colleagues holding records with a lower salary and that this generates unfair competition, that they have excessive labor burden and that they do not get their salaries in time, and they have asked the Financial Customer Rooms and the Ministry of Treasury and Finance to help them more.
The purpose of this study is to determine the problems and expectations of accountants. In this study, 53 accountanst working at Muş and Ağrı province were choosen and implemented a survey. Frequency, proportion and mean analysis is done with obtained datas and attempt to suggest solutions to determinated problems. According to findings of the study, accountants specified that, there is an unfair competititon between accountants, because some of them agree to get low charges, accountants workloads are much and can not get their money in time. Accountants also demand more help from Independent Accountants Chambers and Ministry of Treasury and Finance.
