Abstract:

Bu araştırmanın amacı, okul öncesi öğretmenlerinin çocukların yürütücü işlev becerilerinin gelişimini destekleme stratejilerini değerlendirmeye yönelik geçerli ve güvenilir bir ölçek geliştirmektir. Tarama yönteminin kullanıldığı bu araştırmada, seçkisiz örneklem yöntemi kullanılmış olup, çalışmanın örneklemini Türkiye'nin çeşitli bölgelerinde yaşayan 285 okul öncesi öğretmeni oluşturmuştur. Okul Öncesi Öğretmenlerinin Çocukların Yürütücü İşlevlerini Destekleyen Stratejileri Kullanma Yeterliliklerini Değerlendirme Aracının kapsam geçerliliği için uzman görüşüne başvurulmuştur. Yedili likert tipi, 104 maddeden oluşan ölçeğin doğrulayıcı faktör analizi sonucunda ölçeğin maddelerinin öngörüldüğü şekilde 4 boyut 8 alt boyuttan oluştuğu saptanmıştır. Ölçeğin her boyutu ayrı ayrı değerlendirilmeye uygundur. Ölçeğin değerlendirilmesi tek bir toplam puan üzerinden değil, her boyutu ayrı ayrı puanlanarak yapılmaktadır. Bu çalışmanın sonucunda Okul Öncesi Öğretmenlerinin Çocukların Yürütücü İşlevlerini Destekleyen Stratejileri Kullanma Yeterliliklerini Değerlendirmeye yönelik geçerli ve güvenilir bir ölçme aracı olduğu saptanmıştır.

Developing the level of skills of pre-school teachers to use strategies that support children’s executive functions

Abstract:

The aim of this research is to develop a valid and reliable scale for the assessment of strategies of pre-school teachers to support the development of children’s performing functional skills. In this study, the scan method was used, the non-selective sample method was used, and the sample of the study was made by 285 pre-school teachers living in different regions of Turkey. Specialist opinion has been requested for the extent validity of the Approval Approval Approval Approval Approval Approval Approval Approval Approval Approval Approval Approval. The seventh type of liquid was found that the scale consisting of 104 substances, as a result of the verifying factor analysis, the substances of the scale were formed as predicted from 4 dimensions 8 sub-dimensions. Each size is suitable for a separate assessment. The measurement is not assessed by a single total point, but by each size by a separate score. The study found that pre-school teachers are a valid and reliable measurement tool for evaluating their ability to use strategies that support children’s executive functions.

The main aim of this study is to develop a tool for the evaluation of preschool children’s executive functions and teachers’ strategies supporting towards them. In this research, where the screening method is used, the random sampling method is used, and the sample of the work formed from the 285 pre-school teachers where they were living in various regions of Turkey's. The Tool for Evaluation of Preschool Teachers’ Competency of Using the Strategies Promoting Children’s Executive Functions of expert opinion was consulted for coverage validity. Confirmatory factor analysis of the scale with 104 items showed that the scale items consisted of 4 dimensions and 8 sub-dimensions as predicted. Each dimension of the scale is suitable for separate evaluation. Evaluation of the scale is performed not as a single total grade, but as grading each dimension separately.As a result of this study; The Tool for the Evaluation of Preschool Teachers’ Competency in Using Strategies Promoting Childrens’ Executive Functions” It has been determined that it is a valid and reliable measurement tool for evaluation.
