Alturistik (Özgeci) Liderlik Ölçeğinin Türkçe Uyarlaması: Geçerlilik ve Güvenilirlik Çalışması

Abstract:

“Homo economicus” veya “ekonomik insan olarak” tanımlanan insanın gerçekten de kendi faydasını maksimize etmeye çalışan, egoist, bencil ve ekonomik bir varlık olup olmadığı noktasında sosyolojik, iktisadi ve siyasi tartışmalar bulunmaktadır. Sosyolojik olarak bakıldığında, egoist ve bencil olarak tanımlanan insanın karşına alturistik özellikler sergileyen insan konmaktadır. Bu çalışmada Zheltoukhova (2016) tarafından geliştirilen Alturistik Liderlik Ölçeği’nin Türkçe uyarlamasını yapmak, geçerlik ve güvenirlik analizlerini gerçekleştirmek amaçlanmıştır. Araştırma sağlık sektöründe ve İstanbul ilinde faaliyet gösteren özel bir hastanede gerçekleştirilmiştir. Araştırma kapsamında 68 hekim 151 hemşire olmak üzere toplamda 219 sağlık çalışanına ulaşılmıştır. Ölçeğin geçerlilik çalışmaları için açıklayıcı ve doğrulayıcı faktör analizleri, güvenilirlik çalışmaları için ise iç tutarlılık analizleri yapılmıştır. Elde edilen sonuçlara göre, geçerlilik ve güvenirlik çalışması yapılan Alturistik Liderlik Ölçeği iki faktör ve dokuz sorudan oluşan orijinal ölçekten farklı olarak tek faktörlü ve sekiz sorudan oluşan bir yapı sergilemektedir. Gerçekleştirilen bu çalışma ile liderlik literatürüne geçerli ve güvenilir bir Alturistik Liderlik Ölçeği kazandırılmıştır. Ayrıca bu çalışmanın gelecekte Alturistik Liderlik ile ilgili yapılacak çalışmalara referans olabileceği düşünülmektedir.

There are sociological, economic and political debates about whether the human being defined as an egoist, selfish and economic man is really trying to maximize his own benefit. From a sociological point of view, people who exhibit altruistic characteristics are placed in the face of the egoist and selfish.This study aims to perform Turkish adaptation of the Altruistic Leadership Scale developed by Ksenia Zheltoukhova (2016) and validity and reliability analyses. The research was conducted in the health sector. A total of 219 health workers were reached, 68 doctors and 151 nurses. Explanatory and confirmatory factor analyses were used for the validity studies of the scale, and internal consistency analyses were performed for reliability studies. According to the results obtained, unlike the original scale, the Altruistic Leadership Scale, which is validated for reliability and validity, has a single factor and eight questions.  In conclusion, a valid and reliable Altruistic Leadership Scale has been acquired in leadership literature. It is also thought that this study will be a reference for future studies on Altruistic Leadership.
