Bu çalışmanın amacı, hizmetkâr liderlik davranışlarının çalışan sesliliği üzerindeki etkisini belirlemektir. Bu amaçla, Selçuk Üniversitesi Sosyal Bilimler alanında çalışan 132 araştırma görevlisi üzerinde bir araştırma yapılmıştır. Verilerin toplanmasında anket yönteminden, analizlerinde ise SPSS programından yararlanılmıştır. Anket formunun oluşturulmasında, Cerit (2007)’in geliştirdiği hizmetkar liderlik davranışları ölçeğinden, Van Dyne vd. (2003)’nin geliştirdiği çalışan sesliliği ölçeğinden faydalanılmıştır. Çalışmada tanımlayıcı istatistikler, hizmetkar liderlik ile çalışan sesliliği ilişkisini ölçmeye yönelik korelasyon analizi ve hizmetkar liderliğin çalışan sesliliği üzerine etkisini belirlemek üzere regresyon analizi kullanılmıştır. Çalışma sonucunda, danışmanların hizmetkâr liderlik davranışlarının araştırma görevlilerinin sesi üzerinde olumlu ve anlamlı bir etkisi olduğu belirlenmiştir. Araştırmanın sonuç kısmında benzer çalışma sonuçlarıyla kıyaslamalar yapılmıştır.
The aim of this study is to determine the impact of serviced leadership behaviors on the voice of the employee. For this purpose, a study was conducted on 132 researchers working in the field of Social Sciences at Selçuk University. The data collection was used by the survey method, and the SPSS program was used in its analysis. In the creation of the survey form, from the scale of serviced leadership behaviors developed by Cerit (2007), Van Dyne etc. The work was developed in 2003 and the work was developed in 2003. The study used identifying statistics, correlation analysis aimed at measuring the voice relationship with the servant leadership and regression analysis to determine the impact of the servant leadership on the voice of the servant. The study finds that consultants’ serving leadership behaviors have a positive and meaningful impact on the voice of researchers. The results of the study were compared with the results of the study.
