Çalışanlardaki işe bakış açıları genel olarak gelir, kariyer ve iş güvenliği şeklinde algılanmaktadır. İş güvenliği, işletme sahiplerinin ve çalışanların farklı beklentileri, beklenen çalışma koşulları, kariyer fırsatları ve ücret güvencesi olarak ifade edilmektedir. İş güvencesizliğinin sonuçlarından biri işten ayrılma niyeti çalışanın çeşitli sebeplerden dolayı işinden ayrılma isteği olarak ifade edilmektedir. Bu çalışmanın amacı iş güvencesizliği algısının işten ayrılma niyetine etkisini Batı Akdeniz Bölgesi’nde muhasebe meslek mensupları üzerinde saptamaktır. Çalışmanın sonucuna göre, iş güvencesizliği algısı arttıkça meslek mensuplarının işten ayrılma niyeti de doğrusal ve pozitif yönde artmaktadır.
Perspects of employment in employees generally come, perceived in the form of career and work safety. Occupational safety is expressed as the different expectations of business owners and employees, the expected working conditions, career opportunities and wage guarantees. One of the consequences of uncertainty is the intention of leaving the job; the employee’s desire to leave the job for various reasons. The aim of this study is to determine the impact of the sense of uncertainty on the intention of leaving the job on accounting professionals in the Western Mediterranean region. According to the study, the increased perception of uncertainty in the workplace increases the intention of employees to leave the work in a linear and positive direction.
