Abstract:

The thought of observation and observation has been an element within the social life for centuries. These concepts, which are more clearly faced with us in today’s global world, have different meanings for observed and observed. For the supervisor, eliminating the crime without committing or if the crime has been committed, capturing the criminal is meaningful in the form of the protection of the social order; for the supervisor, it means direct rejection, intimidation, compliance with the social order. Surveillance and surveillance actions are everywhere in the social life. The major sports organizations are also taking advantage of these actions. Today’s major sports organizations have become one of the areas where supervision and supervision is happening. With millions of dollars spent on this activity, with the closed circuit cameras (CCTV), people (sports fans) are monitored, the cities and the areas around which the organizations are organized are equipped with CCTV cameras. Because large sports organizations are a great matter of prestige for the states, negative situations that can occur through CCTV cameras are either prevented in advance or are of great importance in terms of the finding of criminals. Therefore, it is of great importance to monitor people (sports) in large sports organizations and to try to be controlled in this way. The aim of this study is to provide information about the monitoring tools included in large sports organizations such as the Olympic Games and the World Cup, in other words, closed circuit cameras (CCTV) and to clearly reveal the impact of monitoring within the organizations mentioned in the sports activities.
