Bu araştırmanın amacı, okul öncesi eğitim öğretmenlerinin sanat etkinliklerinde karşılaşmış oldukları sorunlar ve bu sorunlara yönelik geliştirdikleri çözüm önerilerini belirlemektir. Araştırmada, nitel araştırma desenlerinden olgubilim deseni kullanılmıştır. Araştırmanın çalışma grubunu 2018-2019 Eğitim ve Öğretim yılı Mardin ilinde bulunan 5 anaokulunda çalışmakta olan 14 okul öncesi eğitim öğretmeni oluşturmaktadır. Verilerin toplanmasında, araştırmacı tarafından geliştirilen on soruluk yarı yapılandırılmış görüşme formu kullanılmıştır. Verilerin analizinde betimsel analiz kullanılmıştır. Öğretmenlerle yapılan görüşmelerde, öğretmenlerin çoğu sanat etkinliklerinin öğrencilerin yaratıcılığını, küçük kaslarını, el becerilerini, hayal dünyalarını ve motor becerilerinin geliştiğini belirtmişlerdir. Öğretmenler, öğrencilerin arkadaşlarının işlerini kopya etmesi, okul idaresinin gerekli malzemeleri temin etmekte yardımcı olmaması, sınıfları aşırı kalabalık olması, sınıfların sanat etkinliklerine uygun olmaması, velilerin sanat etkinliklerini gereksiz görmesi gibi bazı sorunlar yaşadıklarını dile getirmişlerdir. Öğretmenlerin çoğu bu sorunlara, sınıf mevcutları azaltılmalı, , okul öncesi eğitim için Milli Eğitim Bakanlığı’nın maddi destek vermesi, idarecilere okul öncesi eğitim konusunda bilgilendirme seminerleri verilmesi, sınıflarda geniş sanat köşeleri oluşturulması, okul öncesi eğitim için okullarda sanat atölyeleri oluşturulması ve velilere sanat etkinliklerinin önemini anlatan seminerler verilmesi gibi öneriler geliştirilmişlerdir.
The aim of this research is to identify the problems that pre-school teachers face in art activities and the solutions they develop to these problems. In the research, the quality research patterns have been used. The study’s work group consists of 14 pre-school teachers working in 5 primary schools located in the 2018-2019 educational and educational year in Mardin. In the collection of data, a ten questions semi-configured interview form developed by the researcher was used. Imaginary analysis of data is used. In conversations with teachers, most teachers pointed out that the art activities developed students’ creativity, small muscles, hand skills, fantasy worlds, and motor skills. Teachers have stated that students have some problems, such as copying their work by their friends, not helping the school administration to provide the necessary materials, the classes are too crowded, the classes are not suitable for art activities, the tutors see art activities unnecessary. Most teachers have developed recommendations for these issues, to reduce class availability, to provide financial support by the Ministry of National Education for Pre-School Education, to provide administrators with informational seminars on Pre-School Education, to create broad art corners in classes, to create art workshops in schools for Pre-School Education, and to give parents seminars discussing the importance of art activities.
The aim of this study is to determine the problems and solutions of preschool education teachers encountered in art activities. In this research, one of qualitative research design phenomenological pattern is used. The study group of the aticle consists of 14 pre-school education teachers working in 5 different kindergartens in the province of Mardin in the 2018-2019 academic year. In the data collection, a semi-structured interview form developed by the researcher was used. Descriptive analysis was used to analyze the data. During the interviews with the teachers, most of the teachers stated that art activities improve students' creativity, help small muscle development, develop hand skills, develop imagination and develop motor skills. Concerning problems encountered in the arts claactivities , most of the teachers have pointed out that the students trace over thair friends work, the school administration was not attaching importance to the lesson, that the class not suitable for teaching the arts and parents were not providing materials as they found the lesson unnecessary. Most of the teachers gived the recommendations like; class adsum should be reduced, Ministry of Education should provide financial support for the pre-school education to provide materials, information seminars on pre-school education should be given to administrators, wide art corners should be created in classrooms There should be art workshops in schools for pre-school education and seminars should be given to parents about the importance of art activities have been developed by most of teachers for the problems they encountered in art activities.
