İşbaşı eğitimi, iş yerinde veya iş yeri dışında işin fiilen yapıldığı yerde verilen eğitim olarak tanımlanmaktadır. Üniversitelerin tıp fakültelerinde intörn doktorluk olarak uzun yıllardan beri başarıyla uygulanan bu eğitim modeli son yıllarda mühendislik ve diğer fakültelerde de uygulanmaya başlanmıştır. İş başı eğitimi ya da 7+1 eğitim modeli olarak uygulanan sistemde öğrenciler 1 dönem boyunca eğitim alanlarına uygun iş yerlerinde istihdam edilmekte ve teorik bilgilerini pratik beceriye dönüştürmektedir. Bununla birlikte iş başı eğitimi, üniversite-sanayi işbirliğinin sağlanması, şirketlere iş gücü temininde kaynak oluşturmak vb. birçok faydaları bulunmaktadır. Bu çalışmanın amacı, lojistik öğrencilerinin işbaşı eğitiminden tatmin düzeylerinin belirlenmesidir. Bu amaçla, 2018-2019 eğitim öğretim yılında Necmettin Erbakan Üniversitesi Ulaştırma ve Lojistik bölümünde işbaşı eğitimi alan öğrencilere işbaşı eğitimi öncesi ilk anket, işbaşı eğitimi sonrası son anket yüz yüze uygulanmıştır. 71 öğrencinin anketleri değerlendirmeye alınmıştır. Öğrencilerin ilk anket ve son anket karşılaştırmalarında istatistiksel anlamlı bir fark olmadığı ve öğrencilerin işbaşı eğitiminden beklentilerinin karşılandığı belirlenmiştir. İşbaşı eğitimini 3. Parti lojistik şirketlerde yapan öğrencilerin beklentileri, lojistik faaliyet icra eden diğer şirketlerde yapan öğrencilere göre daha yüksektir.

Working training is defined as training given in the workplace or outside the workplace where the work is actually done. This educational model, which has been successfully applied for many years as a doctorate in the medical faculty of the universities, has begun to be applied in recent years in engineering and other faculty. In the system applied as an employment education or 7+1 education model, students are employed in the workplaces appropriate to their fields of education for 1 semester and their theoretical knowledge is converted into practical skills. However, the first-time education, the provision of university-industrial cooperation, the creation of resources in the provision of workforce to companies, etc. There are many benefits. The aim of this study is to determine the levels of satisfaction from the employee training of the logistics students. For this purpose, in the 2018-2019 educational year, the students who receive employee education in the Department of Transport and Logistics of the University of Necmettin Erbakan received the first survey before employee training, the last survey after employee training was applied face-to-face. 71 students have received an assessment. It has been determined that there is no statistically meaningful difference in the students' first and last survey comparisons and that the students' expectations from employee education are met. Training of employees 3. The expectations of students in party logistics companies are higher than students in other companies that carry out logistics activities.

A Research On Determination Of Satisfaction Levels Of Logistics Students From Job Shadowing: The Case Of Necmettin Erbakan University

Job Shadowing is defined as the training given at the place where the job is actually performed in the company or outside the company. This training model, which has been successfully applied for many years as internship in medical faculties of universities, has been applied in engineering and other faculties in recent years. In the system applied as Job Shadowing or 7 + 1 education model, the students are employed in the companies according to their fields of study for 1 semester and they transform their theoretical knowledges into practical skills. On the other hand, Job Shadowing has many benefits like university-industry cooperation, creating resources for companies to provide labor etc. The aim of this study is to determine the satisfaction level of logistics students from Job Shadowing. For this purpose, the first questionnaire before Job Shadowing and the last questionnaire after Job Shadowing were applied to the students who gets Job Shadowing in Transportation and Logistics Deparment of Necmettin Erbakan University in the 2018-2019 academic year face to face.  The questionnaires of 71 students were evaluated. It was determined that there was no statistically significant difference between the first and last questionnaires of the students and their expectations from Job Shadowing were met. Expectations of students who do Job Shadowing in 3rd party logistics companies are higher than those of other companies engaged in logistics activities.
