The output event, where there is too much snow, is usually seen in the mountainous areas of the middle and upper edges. The snow accumulated on high-linguated stains quickly move the stains down by crossing, earthquakes and similar natural factors or humane vibrations. Many of the living and unviolent elements that come before them will also be pulled with them. Therefore, especially the crashes affecting the settlements occasionally cause lives and property losses. Turkey’s Eastern Anadolu and Black Sea areas are the areas where much of the crashes occur. In this study, the risk of crash of the Karaçam Deresi pool located in the Eastern Black Sea Division of the Black Sea Region was studied. The main part of the pool is within the borders of the Trabzon and the other small parts are within the borders of the Silverhane and Bayburt. In the study, 1/25000 scale topographic maps were used as substrate, data collected through remote detection and field studies were evaluated using CBS methods. The rating criteria of the Disaster and Emergency Management Board, which form integrated risk maps in the production of the basin's crash risk map and the crash effect level map, have been used. According to this map, areas with very high and high risk of scratch are concentrated in the middle part of the pool and cover 37% of the pool area. Despite more snowfall in the upper part of the pool, the lower risk of snorkeling has been found to be associated with high swelling plates that take into account with swelling values below 25 degrees. In the field, in conversations with the local residents, they were concerned about the formation of straw and they took some measures such as straw prevention ceilings to reduce the formation of straw. However, in some settlement units such as Köknar, Seyrantepe, Şekersu and Yeşilkaya, many houses are still located on the roads; their immediate move to safe places is considered vital.
