Bu araştırmanın amacı, aday öğretmen yetiştirme programının etkililiğini aday ve danışman öğretmen görüşleri ışığında belirleyerek sürece ilişkin önerilerde bulunmaktır. Çalışma grubunu 2015-2016 öğretim yılında Mardin ili Artuklu, Kızıltepe, Ömerli, Yeşilli, Nusaybin ilçe sınırları içerisinde bulunan anaokulu, ilkokul, ortaokul ve ortaöğretim okullarına atanan 207 aday öğretmen ve aday öğretmenlere görevlendirilen 179 danışman öğretmen oluşturmuştur. Araştırmada karma araştırma yöntemi kullanılmış, toplanan veriler karma araştırma modeli ile bir araya getirerek yorumlanmıştır. Nicel verilerin toplanmasında araştırmacılar tarafından aday ve danışman öğretmenler için ayrı geliştirilen “aday ve danışman öğretmen ölçekleri”, nitel verilerin toplanmasında ise benzer şekilde araştırmacılar tarafından geliştirilen yarı yapılandırılmış görüşme formları kullanılmıştır. Nicel verilerin istatistiksel çözümlenmesinde, t- testi ve ANOVA teknikleri kullanılmıştır. Nitel verilere, içerik analizi uygulanarak yorumlanmıştır. Nicel bulgular, aday öğretmenlerin programın etkililiğine dair çoğunlukla kararsız, danışmanların ise programdan memnun olduğunu göstermektedir. Nitel verilerden elde edilen bulgular değerlendirildiğinde programın öğretmenliğe yeni atanmış adaylar için çok yararlı bir program olduğu yönündedir.
The purpose of this research is to provide recommendations on the process by determining the effectiveness of the candidate teacher training program in the light of the candidate and consultant teacher opinions. The work group was formed in the 2015-2016 academic year by Mardin or Artuklu, Kızıltepe, Ömerli, Green, Nusaybin district boundaries, 207 candidate teachers and 179 counseling teachers assigned to parental, primary, secondary and secondary school schools. The research used the karma research method, the data collected was interpreted by combining with the karma research model. In the collection of Nicel data, the researchers developed separately for the "day and consultancy teacher scales" for the candidate and consultancy teachers, while in the collection of qualitative data, the researchers developed similarly semi-configured forms of conversation. In the statistical analysis of Nicel data, T-test and ANOVA techniques have been used. The quality data is interpreted by the application of content analysis. Quantitative findings show that candidate teachers are often uncertain about the effectiveness of the program, while consultants are pleased with the program. When the findings obtained from the qualification data are evaluated, the program is a very useful program for newly appointed candidates for teaching.
The aim of this study is to investigate the effectiveness of teacher training program from the perspectives of candidate and advisor teachers and to make recommendations based on these perspectives. The sample consisted of 207 candidate teachers and 179 advisor teachers who were assigned to kindergarten, primary, pre-secondary and secondary schools in six districts of Mardin, Turkey during the 2015-2016 education year. Data were collected using mixed research methods involving Candidate and Advisor Teacher Scales for quantitative data and interview schedules for qualitative data. Statistical analysis of quantitative data was performed using t-test and ANOVA. The qualitative data were analyzed via content analysis. The quantitative findings are mostly at the undecided level regarding the effectiveness of the candidate teachers’ program; and that the advisors are satisfied with the program. Findings from qualitative data indicated that the program was very useful for newly appointed candidate teachers.
