Abstract:

Government effectiveness is an important factor in the decision-making process and countries economic, social, cultural, political, etc. It can affect many areas. In a country where the government’s performance is good, the decision-making process will be able to be processed more objectively and quickly and will be able to play a role in the country’s development and well-being. The legal and effective processing of the decision-making process, the advanced level of the legal system, the rule of law, and many factors, such as the rule of law, directly affect the country’s prosperity level in terms of economic growth dynamics. In this study, Emirmahmutoğlu and Köse (2011) took advantage of the causality test and studied the relationship between government effectiveness, the superiority of law and economic well-being in the period 2007-2017 in the 29 transition economy. The study found a bilateral causal relationship between government effectiveness and the rule of law and economic well-being.
