Anadolu’nun önemli düşünürlerinden biri olan Hacı Bektaş Veli, yaşadığı dönemde toplumun eğitilmesine büyük katkı sağlamıştır. Bu araştırmada, Hacı Bektaş Veli’nin insan eğitimiyle ilgili düşüncelerini ortaya koymak amaçlanmış ve konuyla ilgili etnopedagojik açıdan bir değerlendirme yapılmaya çalışılmıştır. Çalışmada nitel araştırma modeli kullanılmış, veriler ise doküman incelemesi yöntemiyle elde edilmiştir. Hacı Bektaş Veli’nin Makâlât, Kitâbü’l Fevâid, Makâlât-ı Gaybiyye ve Kelimât-ı Ayniyye ve Emânet-i Hazret-i Pir adlı eserleri, araştırma kapsamında ele alınmıştır. Bu eserlerden eğitimle ilgili elde edilen veriler Hacı Bektaş Veli’nin eğitime genel yaklaşımı ve benimsediği eğitim ilkeleri şeklinde iki kategoriye ayrılmıştır. Araştırmanın sonucunda Hacı Bektaş Veli’nin ahlâki değerler etrafında şekillenen hümanist bir eğitim anlayışına sahip olduğu akla ve ilime oldukça önem verdiği mürşide bağlılık, bireysel farklılıklar, aşamalı eğitim, eşitlik gibi ilkeleri benimsediği görülmüştür. Eğitim anlayışının, idealizm ve ilerlemeciliğin bir sentezi olduğunu söylemek mümkündür. Hacı Bektaş Veli’nin Türk kültüründe önemli bir değer olması nedeniyle fikirlerinin doğru anlaşılmasının, milli eğitim politikalarına olumlu katkı sağlayacağı düşünülmektedir.
Hacı Bektaş Veli, one of the important thinkers of Anadolu, has made a great contribution to the education of society during his life. In this study, the aim of Hacı Bektaş Veli was to reveal his thoughts on human education and a ethno-pedagogical assessment of the subject was tried to be made. In the study, the quality research model was used, and the data was obtained by the method of document examination. The study found that Hacı Bektaş Veli has a humanist understanding of education formed around moral values and that the mind and science are very important in the field of commitment, individual differences, gradual education, equality, and other principles. It is possible to say that the understanding of education is a synthesis of idealism and progressivity. Because Hacı Bektaş Veli is an important value in the Turkish culture, the correct understanding of his ideas is believed to be a positive contribution to the national education policies.
Hacı Bektaş Veli, who is one of the important philosophers of Anatolia, contributed enormously to the education of society in the period he lived. In this research, it is aimed to reveal the thoughts of Hacı Bektaş Veli about the education of people and it is tried to make an evaluation about this subject in terms of ethno-pedagogy. In this study, quality research model was used and data was obtained by searching the documents. The works of Hacı Bektaş Veli such as Makâlât, Kitâbü’l Fevâid, Makâlât-ı Gaybiyye Kelimât-ı Ayniyye and Emânet-i Hazreti Pir were handled within the scope of this investigation. The data about the education gained from these works was categorized in two ways; the general approach of Hacı Bektaş Veli towards the education and educational principles. As a result of the research, it was seen that Hacı Bektaş Veli had a humanistic education understanding that involved moral values, he gave importance to wisdom and science very much, he adopted individual differences, equality, loyalty of the guide and gradual education. It is possible to say that his education understanding is a synthesise of idealism and progressivism. As Hacı Bektaş Veli is an important value in Turkish culture, it is thought that if his thoughts are understood in a correct way, they will contribute to national education politics positively.
