Özet:

Companies in crisis may seek bankruptcy protection to reorganise or reorganise their business voluntarily. The companies need to prepare serious and feasible improvement projects in order to get the support of the third parties and/or suspend the bankruptcy by court ruling in this reorganisation phase. Improvement projects explain the reasons for bankruptcy, planned measures and their impact on the financial statements based on reliable information. There are no legal regulations and standards set by the professional organisations about the preparation of improvement projects.
