İnsan yetiştirmede ailenin temel rolünün olduğu kabul edilmekle birlikte tek başına yeterli olamayacağı da kabul edilmektedir. Ayrıca çocuğun yetiştiği ailenin ve ortamının sağlıklı olması da her zaman mümkün olmayabilir, dolayısıyla aileler, çocukları ile ilgili olarak bilgilenmeye, sorunlarının çözümü için desteklenmeye ihtiyaç duyabilirler. Bu nedenle okullar, yalnızca öğrencilerine değil, öğrencilerin ailelerine de kapılarını açmalıdır. Aile katılımlı okul modeli önerisi, okulun mevcut rolünün yanı sıra aile içindeki sorunların çözümüne katkı sağlanması, aile ortamının çocuk için uygun hale getirilmesi ve çocuğun sağlıklı gelişimi için okul ile ailenin birlikte hareket etmesi gerektiği görüşüne dayanmaktadır. Bu görüşten hareketle okulların aileyi de içine alacak biçimde genişletilmesi önerilmektedir. Amaç; ahlaki ve ortak değerlerle donatılmış, ülkesine bağlı, kardeşlik, sevgi, şefkat duygularıyla dolu, başarılı ve sağlıklı kişiliklere sahip bireyler yetiştirmektir. Önerilen model, mevcut okul psikolojik danışma ve rehberlik çalışmalarının ailelere de yönelik olacak şekilde düzenlenmesini ve bu doğrultuda psikolojik danışma birimlerinin zenginleştirilmesini gerektirmektedir.

Also, it may not always be possible that the family and the environment in which the child grows are healthy, so families may need information about their children, support for the solution of their problems. Therefore, schools should open their doors not only to students, but also to the families of students. The recommendation of a family-participated school model is based on the current role of the school as well as the contribution to the resolution of problems within the family, making the family environment suitable for the child and the idea that the school and the family should act together for the healthy development of the child. It is recommended that the schools expand in such a way as the family. The goal is to educate individuals with moral and common values, with their country, full of feelings of brotherhood, love, compassion, successful and healthy personalities. The proposed model requires that the existing school psychological consultancy and guidance work be organized in such a way that it will also be aimed at families and in this regard the psychological consultancy units will be enriched.
For the healthy development of the child, the family and environment where he / she is raised must be healthy. For this reason, schools should open their doors not only to their students but also to their families. The school model with family participation is based on the view that the child will be able to grow up healthy by contributing to the solution of the problems in the family with the teaching role of the school or by making the family environment suitable for the child. Aim, to raise individuals who are equipped with moral and common values, are connected to their country, full of feelings of brotherhood, affection and compassion. In this model, parents will enroll themselves while enrolling their children in school and will participate in curriculums, activities, improvement, developer, supportive works prepared for them. Existing psychological counseling and guidance studies will be expanded to include the family.
