Abstract:

The purpose of this study is to measure the level of organizational exclusion of teachers who work in Tekirdağ. This research is designed in the screening model. The universe of research is formed by teachers who work in Tekirdağ in the 2017-2018 educational year. 600 teachers have received an unprecedented sample of elements. In the study, organizational exclusion constitutes the sub-problems of the study in which gender, civil status, age, position in the institution, educational status and the year of work in the institution differ or not. The Organizational Exclusion Scale has been used to obtain data in the research. The data is analyzed with the SPSS program. According to the data obtained from the research, in the 2017-2018 educational year, the teachers who work in Tekirdağ found that the organizational exclusion levels were low. With regard to the level of organizational exclusion of teachers, there was no difference in terms of other characteristics except the civil state. The level of organizational exclusion does not vary according to the gender, age, educational status, position in the institution and time of work in the institution. The result of the study is that only the level of organizational exclusion varies according to the civic situation. In this distinction, single participants were seen to have a higher level of organizational exclusion than married participants.                       Keywords: Exclusion, Organization, Organizational Exclusion, Teacher
