Abstract:

ÖZET Mahreç,  harfler için terazi gibidir.  Mahreç ile harflerin telaffuz olunurken doğru yerden çıkarılıp çıkarılmadığı bilindiği gibi, harflerin sıfatları da mihenk gibidir. Sıfatla harfin keyfiyeti; kuvveti ve zayıfı, kalın ve inceliği bilinir. Bu iki şey yani, mahreç ile sıfat; harfi ziyade ve noksanlıktan, kusur ve bozukluktan uzak tutar ve koruyarak sağlıklı bir şekilde düzelterek tezyin ederler. Kur’ân bize tertil üzere okumayı emretmektedir. Kur’ân’ıntertîl üzere yani, indiği gibi hiçbir şekilde tilavetinde bozulma olmadan doğru bir şekilde okunmasının esası harfleri tanıma, mahreç ve sıfatlarını kıraât âlimlerinin okudukları şekilde doğru uygulayabilmektir. Kur’ân-ı Kerîm’in yirmi sekiz harfinin her birinin mahreci olduğu gibi bu harflerin kendine has sıfatları da vardır. Bu sıfatların sayıları hususunda farklı görüşler olmakla beraber biz burada Tecvid âlimlerinin üzerinde ittifak ettikleri sıfatları hakkında bilgi vermeye çalışacağız. Daha önce bir yazımızda harflerin mahreçleri hakkında bilgi verdiğimiz için bu makalemizde yalnızca harflerin sıfatlarını ele almayı düşündük.   Anahtar Kelimeler: Kur’ân, Harf, Mahreç, Sıfat. ABSTRACT The origin is like a scales for the letters. A sit’s known if the letters are sounded of the right way by the origin while they are being pronounced, the letters’ character is tics are like touch stone. The state, strength and weakness, thicness and slightness of the letter are known by the characteristics. These two things, the origin and the characteristics adorne the letter by keeping out of the surplus and shortage, fault and defect and protecting and correcting whole somely. The Qur’an orders us to read by slow, measure drhytmict ones. The basic of reading the Qur’an by slow, measure drhytmict ones, ie, asit’s revealed, rightly and without any defect of reciting  is to know the letters, to reciteit’s origin and characteristics rightly as the bookmen recite. As every twenty letters of the Qur’an has  an origin, the seletters have also their own characteristics. Althought here are different views on the numbers of these letters, we are going to try to give informations here for the caracteristics agreed by the tajweed bookmen.
