Abstract:

In this study, it was aimed to determine the most ideal company selection by prioritizing the types of innovations in 10 food enterprises in Giresun province and responded to the questionnaire face to face interviews with 13 experts in this field. In this field, prioritization of innovations such as product, process, service, technology, organizational, marketing, management and customer innovation in food enterprises was made with DEMATEL and weights were used and VIKOR technology was utilized in selecting the most ideal company. As a result of the DEMATEL technique that has been done, service innovation has been found the most important of the product types in the food enterprises. Customer innovation, organizational innovation, management innovation, process innovation, marketing innovation and technology innovation have all emerged as other factors in the food enterprises. Product innovation has been found to be the least important innovation type. In addition, VIKOR technique is used to determine and rank the most ideal company.
