So many results that aren't mine?
References in many bibliographies are sometimes referred to as "Surname, I", so the citations of academics whose Surname and initials are the same may occasionally interfere. This problem is often the case with citation indexes all over the world.

Abstract:

The Balkans have always been an important intersection due to its geography where various migrations to different destinations have been made throughout history. In the post-Cold War period, the Balkans has gained more importance because its potential risk of conflict and war, and it has been considered as a region in which stability must be preserved for the security and energy transportation of Europe. The existence of different cultures and religious identities in the region shows the presence of the sensitive environment in the Balkans. In this study, when comparing the cultural diplomacy policies or soft-powers of German and Turkish governments during the 2000-2015 period, an answer to the question "which country is more effective in the region?" will be found by employing the content analysis method. Current studies address the Balkan policies of Turkey and Germany, but the number of comparative analysis for the policies in the post-1990 period is insufficient. The outcomes of this study would be useful to the relevant literature.
