So many results that aren't mine?

Abstract:

Kamu yönetiminde etik olgusu, Batı’da olduğu gibi Türkiye’de de, son yıllarda daha fazla dikkat çekmeye başlamıştır. Kamu yönetiminde etik devletin idari alanda doğru davranış standartlarının belirlenmesi ve uygulanmasıdır. Bilişim teknolojilerindeki ilerleme, geleneksel devlet yapısının köklü bir değişime uğramasına ve kamu görevlileri açısından yeni işleyiş ve davranış biçimlerinin oluşmasına neden olmuştur. Bu yeni durum, kamuda geleneksel değerlere dayalı olan bir takım etik ilkelerin uygulanmasını kolaylaştırırken, bir takım yeni etik sorunların ortaya çıkmasına yol açmıştır. Bu çalışmada Milli Eğitim Bakanlığı tarafından sunulan “e-okul Veli Bilgilendirme Sistemi” etik ilkeler açısından olumlu ve olumsuz yönleri irdelenmeye çalışılmıştır
