Bu çalışmanın amacı, aday öğretmenlerin görüşlerine göre teknik öğretmenlerin kullandıkları örgütsel güç kaynaklarına belirlemektir. Araştırma ilişkisel tarama modelindedir. Örneklem, 2014-2015 döneminde Süleyman Demirel Üniversitesi Teknik Eğitim Fakültesi’nde öğrenim gören ve okul deneyimi dersini alan 115 aday öğretmenden oluşmaktadır. Veriler, ‘‘okul yöneticilerinin kullandıkları örgütsel güç kaynağı’’ ölçeği ile toplanmıştır. Analizlerde, betimsel istatistikler, t-testi, ANOVA ve Tukey testi kullanılmıştır. Elde edilen bulgulara göre, teknik öğretmenlerin bilgiye dayalı güç, karizmatik (özdeşlik) güç ve ödüllendirme güçlerini kısmen, yasal güç ve zorlayıcı güçleri ise büyük ölçüde kullandıkları görülmüştür. Örgütsel güç kaynakların kullanılması ile ilgili, tesisat öğretmenlerinde olumsuz yönde farklılıklar bulunmuştur.
