Stres günümüzde kişileri etkisi altına alarak önemli olumsuzluklar ortaya çıkarabilmektedir. Kuşkusuz bu durum özellikle çalışan kişilerde etkisini daha fazla göstermektedir. Stres normal ölçülerin üzerinde olması durumunda hem çalışan kişileri bireysel olarak, hem de çalışan kişinin çalışma düzenini yani mensubu olduğu örgütü de olumsuz olarak etkilemektedir. Bu araştırmanın konusu, kişilerin günlük yaşamlarına yön veren stres kavramıdır. Muhasebe meslek mensuplarında stresin tanımlayıcı değişkenlerde gruplar arasında farklılaşmaya neden olup olmadığının ve stresin işten ayrılma niyeti üzerinde etkisinin olup olmadığının araştırılması çalışmanın amacı olarak belirlenmiştir. Araştırmanın amacına uygun olarak Muğla İlinde 193 muhasebe meslek elemanı ile yüz yüze görüşülerek anket uygulanması sonucu veriler elde edilmiştir. Bu veriler, oluşturulan 10 hipotezin, t testi, anova ve tam logaritmik model yöntemleri kullanılarak test edilmesinde kullanılmıştır. Araştırma sonucunda oluşturulan hipotezlerden 8 hipotez red edilmiş ve 2 hipotez ise kabul edilmiştir.
Stress can affect people today, causing significant negative effects. Of course, this situation shows its effect more especially in people who work. If stress is above normal dimensions, it affects both the employees individually and the working system of the employee, the organization in which he is a member, also negatively. The subject of this study is the concept of stress that directs people to their daily lives. The purpose of the study is to investigate whether stress causes differentiation between groups in the identifying variables and whether stress affects the intention of leaving the job. According to the purpose of the research, the data were obtained by the face-to-face consultation with 193 accounting professionals in the Muğla province. These data were used in testing using the 10 created hypotheses, t test, anova and full logarithmic model methods. Of the hypotheses created in the study, eight hypotheses were rejected and two were accepted.
