Decision-making, the need for conscious or unconscious choices are made in a way. Decision-making cases, and scientific decision-making techniques change over time have caused to the emergence of. Multi-criteria decision-making techniques, the Analytic Hierarchy (AHP) and Analytic Network (ANP) methods, both quantitative and qualitative criteria helps effectively in the decision-making process, taking into account all of the decision-making process. In this study, we examined approaches to customers' car selection, purchase considerations have been identified criteria, AHP and ANP methods and criteria have been prioritized. Expressed differences of ANP and AHP method were compared in the practical results.
