In today's world, globalization has reached to uncontrollable sizes that, developments and changes in social, political and cultural fields make more significant on the importance of the economic growth. In this context human capital factor has come to the fore as determinants of economic growth. This paper investigates short and long-run relationship between information-communication, education and health sectors with economic growth taking together not a single one. This relationship tested by time series analysis using 1998 bases real quarterly data for the period 1998:1 – 2014:3. According to the findings the coefficient of the variable information is statistically significant but coefficients of the other variables are not significant. Current term developments in information, education and health sectors affect GDP in the same period positively. Sector where growth is most sensitive is information and communication sectors. 1% increase in production in this sector causes approximately an increase of 0.55 % in GDP.
