The housing financing method that most widely used by conventional, participation banking and credit institutions. Housing financing method offered by participation banks is the model of housing financing based on partnership. On housing finance model based on partnership, customer and credit institution buy a housing jointly as getting finance at certain ratio. Customer locates in housing. Customer gives a certain amount as repayment with housing rent to credit institution in every month. Thus share of customer changes and income of rent at share ratio occurs as repayment. When share of customer becomes % 100, housing is assigned to customer and housing finance model ends. In this study a housing finance model that the models repayments first u item amount determined by the customer has been developed and process of model has been explained by practical samples. It is believed that this current study makes a significiant contribution to the potential consumers who want to get an interest-free home.
