Bu çalışma, 2015-2016 eğitim öğretim yılında ilk kez uygulanan Performans Değerlendirme Sistemine dair okul müdürleri ve öğretmenlerin görüşlerini belirlemeyi amaçlayan nitel bir araştırmadır. Araştırma kapsamında 2016-2017 eğitim öğretim yılında Kütahya il merkezinde farklı eğitim kademelerinde görev yapan 22 okul müdürü ve 22 öğretmen ile performans değerlendirme sistemine dair hazırlanan sorular doğrultusunda görüşmeler gerçekleştirilmiştir. Araştırmada temel nitel araştırma deseni kullanılmıştır Araştırmada okul müdürlerinin ve öğretmenlerin performans değerlendirme süreci hakkındaki görüşleri betimleyici bir yaklaşım izlenerek ortaya koyulmuştur. Performans değerlendirme süreci katılımcıların çoğunluğu tarafından kabul gördüğü tespit edilmiş, performans değerlendirme sistemine yönelik eleştiri ve öneriler elde edilen bulgular doğrultusunda yorumlanmıştır.
This study is a qualitative research aimed at determining the views of school managers and teachers on the Performance Assessment System for the first time applied in the 2015-2016 educational year. In the framework of the research, in the 2016-2017 educational year, 22 school directors and 22 teachers who work in different educational stages in the center of the province of Kütahya were conducted conversations according to the prepared questions about the performance assessment system. The research has used the basic quality research design in the study the views of school managers and teachers on the performance assessment process have been revealed by following an illustrative approach. The performance assessment process is interpreted in accordance with the findings obtained by the critics and recommendations of the performance assessment system, which have been identified and accepted by the majority of participants.
