Abstract:

The prayer has brought many difficulties with it because of its nature, and has been among the positions of great attention in Muslim communities throughout the history. In Ottoman, the social status of the hacks, the preparations for the hacks, the deaths found vuku on the way to go and return, and the practices made in this framework are the topics we will stand on. In addition to this, the cases of debts and liabilities in relation to the legacy of the people who died on the way of the hack will also be included in various cases, such as the status of the slaves they possess. The difficulties faced by the hacks after the hacks journey, the hacks of people who cannot go to hacks for different reasons are also within the framework of this work. In this article, the experiences of people who have gone to the hake trip rather than the hake organization made by the Ottoman State will be handled by motion from court records. Although some studies have been done on the subject, more comprehensive studies are needed. 16 and 18 years.
