İlaç stoklarının %12,39’u A, %18,31’i B, %69,30’u ise C toplam ilaç harcamasının %70,46’sı A, %20.12’si B, %9,42’si ise C grubu ilaçlardan oluşmaktadır. İlaç stoklarının %36,34’ü V, %45,35’i E ve %18,31’inin D toplam ilaç harcamasının %36,90’ı V, %50,77’si E ve %12,33’ü D grubu ilaçlardan oluşmaktadır. ABC-VED matrisinin alt kategorileri arasında toplam ilaç harcamaları içindeki payı en fazla olandan az olana doğru sıralama yapıldığında AE (391.375,55 TL), AV (279.457,38 TL), BE (99.309,45 TL), BV (65.173,82 TL), AD (62.629,13 TL), BD (44.971,28 TL), CV (39.538,33 TL), CE (37.821,58 TL), CD (20.746,92 TL) stok miktarı açısından sıralama yapıldığında ise CE (106), CV (93), CD (47), BE (33), AE (22), BV (20), AV (16), BD (12), AD (6) olduğu görülmektedir. Toplam stok miktarı içinde I. Kategorideki ilaçların payı %44,23, II. Kategorideki ilaçların payı %42,53 ve üçüncü kategorideki ilaçların payı %13,24’tür. Toplam stok değeri yüzdesi içinde I. Kategorideki ilaçların %80,52 II. Kategorideki ilaçların %17,49 ve III. Kategorideki ilaçların %1,99 paya sahip olduğu sonucuna ulaşılmıştır. ABC yöntemiyle hastanenin ilaç stoklarının maddi açıdan önemleri, VED yöntemiyle hastanenin ilaç stoklarının hayati önem açısından konumları belirlenmiş ve ABC-VED yöntemiyle hastanenin ilaç stoklarının hem maddi hem de hayati önem açısından kombinasyonu sağlanmıştır. Hastanenin stok kontrolünde bu analiz sonuçlarını göz önünde bulundurması önerilmektedir.
In the total spending of hospitals, the expenditure of medicines and medical equipment has a large scale, making stock control necessary. The stock control and the cost of the stock are minimized to ensure that the required material is prepared in the desired condition. The aim of this study is to analyze the annual medicinal stocks of a hospital affiliated with the Ministry of Health using the ABC, VED and ABC-VED stock control methods. In this context, it was found that the hospital consumed 355 different medicines in 2017 and the total annual drug spending was 1.041.023,44 TL. 12.39% of pharmaceutical stocks consist of A, 18.31% of B, 69.30% of C; 70.46% of total pharmaceutical spending consist of A, 20.12% of B and 9.42% of C group drugs. 36.34% of the drug stocks consist of V, 45.35% of E and 18.31% of D; 36.90% of the total drug expenditure consist of V, 50.77% of E and 12.33% of the drug group D. When the subcategories of the ABC-VED matrix are ranked correctly with the share of the total drug expenditure less than that of the AE (391.375,55 TL), AV (279.457,38 TL), BE (99.309,45 TL), BV (65.173,82 TL), AD (62.629,13 TL), BD (44.971,28 TL), CV (39.538,33 TL), CE (37.821,58 TL), CD (20.746,92 TL); when the stock amount is ranked, it is CE (106), CV (93), CD (47), BE (33), AE (22), BV (20), AV (16), BD (12), AD (6). In the total stock amount, the share of drugs in category I is 44.23, II. The share of drugs in the category is 42.53%, and the share of drugs in the third category is 13.24%. In the percentage of the total stock value I. 80,52 % of the drugs in category I; II. 17.49% of the drugs in the category and III. The result was that the medications in the category had 1.99%. The material importance of the hospital’s medicinal stocks by the ABC method, the position of the hospital’s medicinal stocks by the VED method, and the combination of the hospital’s medicinal stocks by the ABC-VED method has been provided in terms of both material and vital importance. It is recommended that the hospital take into account the results of this analysis in stock control.
