Dünyada her gün pek çok iş kazası ve meslek hastalığı gerçekleşmektedir. Bu nedenle, iş sağlığı ve güvenliği her geçen gün önemi artan bir konu haline gelmiştir. Sağlık kuruluşlarında verilen hizmetler de çok tehlikeli sınıfta yer aldığından, sağlık kuruluşlarında iş sağlığı ve güvenliği konusu ayrı bir öneme sahiptir. Bu çalışmanın amacı sağlık kuruluşlarında iş sağlığı ve güvenliği ile ilgili problemlerin analitik hiyerarşi süreci yöntemi ile analiz edilmesidir. Bu kapsamda iş sağlığı ve güvenliği ile ilgili karşılaşılabilecek problemlerden oluşan bir soru formu ve bir de sağlık çalışanlarının karşılaşabilecekleri iş riskleri ile iş kazası nedenlerini içeren soru formu oluşturulmuştur. Söz konusu soru formları, İstanbul ilinde, 60 hasta yatağı olan, özel bir hastanede çalışan 23 kişi tarafından doldurulmuştur. Elde edilen veriler Analitik Hiyerarşi Süreci (AHS) yöntemi ile analiz edilmiştir. Analiz sonucunda “Yönetimin, çalışanların sağlık ve güvenlik ile ilgili endişelerini dikkate almaması”, “Çalışanların sağlık ve güvenlik ile alakalı konularda endişelerini rahatlıkla ifade edememesi” ve “İş sağlığı ve güvenliği konusunda uzmanlar, yönetim ve çalışanlar arasında işbirliğinin bulunmaması” problemleri, en önemli ilk üç problem olarak tespit edilmiştir. Ayrıca, sağlık kuruluşlarında çalışanların iş risklerine maruz kalabilme durumu ile ilgili yapılan analizde “fiziksel riskler” en önemli kriter olarak görülmüştür. Sağlık kuruluşlarında meydana gelebilecek iş kazalarının nedenleri ile ilgili analizde ise en önemli kriterin “insani faktörler” olduğu saptanmıştır.
Every day there are a lot of work accidents and occupational illnesses in the world. Therefore, health and safety at work has become a matter of increasing importance every day. The services provided in health institutions are also very dangerous, so health and safety at work in health institutions have a special importance. The aim of this study is to analyze problems related to health and safety at work in health institutions through the analytical hierarchy process method. In this context, a form of question is created consisting of problems related to health and safety at work and a form of question that includes the work risks that health workers may face and the causes of work accidents. The question forms were filled by 23 people working in a private hospital, with 60 patient beds in the province of Istanbul. The data is analyzed using the analytical hierarchy process (AHS). The results of the analysis; "the management has not taken into account employees' health and safety concerns", "the employees are unable to express their concerns in health and safety matters" and "the lack of cooperation between experts, management and employees in the field of health and safety" have been identified as the first three important problems. In addition, the analysis of the situation of employee exposure to employment risks in healthcare institutions has been seen as an important criterion for "physical risks". In the analysis of the causes of work accidents that may occur in health institutions, the important criterion is found as "human factors".
