Organizational studies include studies carried out in areas such as organization psychology, system theory, organizational theory, organizational sociology. All these studies approach organizations from different perspectives. Organizational behavior that addresses organizations through a micro perspective focuses on issues and problems related to the organization at the individual, group, and organizational levels. The present study deals with the knowledge produced in the field of organizational behavior between 1965-2015 in Turkish and English literature. The aim of the study is to reveal the structure of the organizational behavior field and development line between 1965-2015 with the help of multidimensional scaling method. In this context, it is aimed to determine how sub-fields related to organizational behavior are grouped and which sub-fields are included in these groups and which sub-fields are distributed in a way that will be a different dimension over the years in Turkish and English literature in the last 50 years period. The data were obtained through Scholar Google under 13 basic organizational behavior sub-fields. As a result of the study, it has been seen that leadership and motivation studies in both literatures constitute separate dimensions. Although it is observed that the topics grouped in a separate dimension tends to be similar, organizational culture and organizational justice, which are included in the group in English literature, have been differentiated from this group in Turkish literature.
