So many results that aren't mine?

Abstract:

The Ceylon Isle is in an extremely important place as its strategic location. This island is striking not only as its location but also in point of many Muslim living on the island. Towards the end of 19th century, both its location as well as a large number of Muslims living had necessitated the contact with the island in order to the Ottoman Empire that its caliphate emphasis had grown stronger day after day. At the beginning of the century, the Ottoman Empire, which is not much connection with these regions, had increased its relations since Abdulaziz period. Later, this involvement had also supported the politics of Islamism of Abdulhamid II and had affected on relations with British that established a dominance over India at the same time. In difficult times of the Ottoman Empire, the most important issues of Ceylon Muslims as often being reflected to Istanbul is that they had provided support favouring the various assists. In 1897 Ottoman-Greek War, the Ceylon Muslims, who were pleased with the success of the Ottoman Empire, had made the financial assists as they had prayed for the Ottoman Empire during the 1911 - 1912 Tripoli War. With this research, the relations between the Ottoman Empire and Ceylon had tried to be shown by taking as far as reflected in the Ottoman archives. Although there are the distances between them, the solidarity and the cohesion of people, who lived in each of two places, had tried to be identified. At the same time, this research has examined that whether the policies of the period of Abdulhamid II has an effect on the Isle of Ceylon or not, or that to what extent has occured if there is effect on the Isle
