Abstract:

Total Quality Management is a quality philosophy and management approach that is important in every sector today. Critical success factors required for implementation of Total Quality Management vary by sector and area, but their importance is always high for the application to be successful. With the increasing competition in the higher education sector, quality concept has become important. Critical success factors which are important for the successful implementation of Total Quality Management were evaluated by the expert decision makers on the basis of Faculty and Institute using Fuzzy DEMATEL in the study and importance level for each factor was obtained. With the analyzes, the results of which factors managers should focus on are obtained and the results are discussed.
