Araştırmada iktisadi programlarda görev yapan akademik personelin liderlik tarzı algısının örgütsel değişim ve yaratıcılık üzerine etkisi çalışılmıştır. Çalışmada 146 akademik personelden veriler toplanarak analizler yapılmıştır. Liderlik tarzları ile demografik özellikler arasındaki ilişki için ANOVA testi kullanılmıştır. Liderlik tarzları, yaratıcılık ve değişimin alt boyutları arasındaki ilişkiyi belirlemek içinse Faktör analizinden yararlanılmıştır. Araştırma sonucunda dönüştürücü ve iş gördürücü liderliklerin değerlendirme, uygulama ve engelleme boyutları üzerinde, serbest bırakıcı liderliğin ise değerlendirme ve engelleme boyutları üzerinde anlamlı bir etki olduğu saptanmıştır. Ele alınan 3 liderlik türünün örgütsel yaratıcılık boyutu üzerinde de anlamlı bir etkisi olduğu tespit edilmiştir.
The study has studied the impact of the perception of the leadership style of academic staff engaged in economic programs on organizational change and creativity. In the study, data were collected from 146 academic staff. The ANOVA test has been used for the relationship between leadership styles and demographic characteristics. Leadership styles have been used to determine the relationship between the subdimensions of creativity and change. The research has found that transformative and business-oriented leadership has a significant impact on the measurements of assessment, implementation and blocking, while liberating leadership has a significant impact on the measurements of assessment and blocking. Three kinds of leadership have a significant impact on the size of organizational creativity.
The study mainly concentrates on the effect of leadership style perception of academic staff working in economics and administrative sciences and how these perceptions can lead to organizational change and creativity. Data were collected from 146 academic staff and analyzed ANOVA test was used for relationship between leadership styles and demographic characteristics. Factor analysis was used to determine the relationship between leadership styles, sub-dimensions of creativity and change. As a result of the research, it was ascertained that it has a meaningful effect both on evaluation, implementation and prevention of the transformational and subscriber leadership, and on evaluation and prevention dimensions of the releasing leadership. It has been understood that the discussed three leadership styles have a substantial effect on the organizational creativity dimension.
