Abstract:

Kaizen uygulamaları, işletmelerde küçük adımlarla sürekli iyileştirme olanağı sağlayan araçlar olarak tanımlanmaktadır. İşletmelerde yapılan iyileştirme çalışmaları başta maliyetli olarak görünse de, sonuçta işletmeye kazandıracağı olumlu gelişmeler değerlendirildiğinde faydalı görülmektedir. Uygulamada Kaizen çalışmalarının değerlendirilmesi için fayda – maliyet analizinden yararlanılmaktadır. Bu çalışmada Kaizen uygulamalarının performans değerlemesi için Veri Zarflama Analizi kullanılmaktadır. Bir üretim işletmesinde hali hazırda aktif olan Hızlı, Standart ve Majör Kaizen olmak üzere 31 Kaizen uygulaması ele alınarak birbirlerine göre göreceli etkinlikleri ortaya koyulmuştur. 2 Majör Kaizen, 2 Standart Kaizen olarak 4 Kaizen etkin skor değerine sahip çıkmıştır. Farklı Kaizen türleri kendi içlerinde değerlendirmeye alındığında ise bu sayılarda ve etkin skor değerlerinde değişiklikler meydana gelmiştir.

Abstract:

Kaizen applications are defined as tools that enable to constantly improve with small steps. Although the improvement work in appears in the beginning to be expensive, it is useful when evaluating the positive developments it will ultimately bring to the business. In the application, the benefit - cost analysis is used to evaluate the work of Kaizen. In this study, data coverage analysis is used to evaluate the performance of Kaizen applications. 31 Kaizen applications, including Fast, Standard and Major Kaizen, which are currently active in a production enterprise, have shown proportional activities. 2 Major Kaizen, 2 Standard Kaizen, 4 Kaizen has an effective score value. When different types of Kaizen were taken to be assessed within themselves, changes occurred in these numbers and effective score values.
