Bilindiği gibi MEB örgün eğitimde uyguladığı öğretim programlarını, gelişen ve değişen dünya koşullarına göre yenilemekte ve güncellemektedir. Bu kapsamda MEB 2017-2018 yılından itibaren uygulanmak üzere ortaokul müzik programlarını da yenileyerek ilgili kurumlarında uygulama başlamıştır. Buna göre bu çalışmada, 2017–2018 yılında yürürlüğe giren “Ortaokul Müzik Dersi Öğretim Programının” kazanımları, işlevselliği, ülkemiz milli eğitim politikalarıyla olan tutarlığı, vb. Değişkenler bakımından müzik öğretmenleri görüşleri doğrultusunda irdelenmesi amaçlanmaktadır. Çalışmada Mardin ili ve merkez ilçelerindeki ortaokullarda görev yapan müzik öğretmenlerinin görüşleri ele alınmıştır. Çalışmada yarı yapılandırılmış görüşme yöntemi kullanılmış, elde edilen verilere içerik analizi yapılmıştır. Çalışmada kullanılan görüşme yöntemi ile müzik öğretmenlerinin, yeni müzik dersi öğretim programına yönelik yaklaşım ve görüşleri belirlenerek bu yöndeki beklentiler ve öneriler tespit edilmeye çalışılmıştır. Araştırma, 2017-2018 yılında uygulamaya konulan Ortaokul müzik dersi öğretim programı ile ilgili ilk görüşlerin belirlenmesi bakımından önemlidir.
As it is known, MEB is renewing and updating its teaching programmes in everyday education, according to the developing and changing world conditions. In this context, MEB has also renewed the middle school music programs to be implemented from 2017-2018 and has begun its application in the relevant institutions. According to this study, the achievements of the "Middle School Music Class Teaching Program" which entered into force in 2017-2018, functionality, consistency with our country's national education policies, etc. The music teachers are aimed at changing their views. The study discussed the views of music teachers working in the middle schools in the Mardin and the central districts. In the study, the semi-configured interview method was used, content analysis of the data obtained was made. The method of conversation used in the study and the approach and views of music teachers to the new music lesson curriculum have been tried to identify expectations and suggestions in this direction. The research is important in terms of the identification of the first views on the secondary school music lesson curriculum, which was implemented in 2017-2018.
