The supply of the products and services from external firms by achieving better quality and cheaper service rather than producing them within the company is an approach spreading rapidly nowadays. The approach known as outsourcing helps the hotel organizations to focus on core activities (rooms). This leads to outsource the other activities from external firms. In this study, the identification of the areas that are to be outsourced at hotel organizations is aimed. In this sense, outsourcing in the activities carried out by the hotel organizations have been discussed in terms of advantages and disadvantages of outsourcing decision in hotels
