Abstract:

Companies are making serious investments in technology and human resources to add value to their transactions in a competitive environment. One of the most important of these investments is the implementation of the Corporate Resource Planning (CCP) systems that require high cost and intense time. CCP systems are computer-based applications with a modular structure that integrates all processes of an enterprise from supply to customer service. System users, which are the human element of the system, are the main subject of this study and the main purpose of the research is to be able to understand the effects of these elements by identifying the elements that increase the value of user acceptance when taking into account the benefits provided by the application of the CCP from the user’s point of view. For this purpose, the data obtained in the research (n=163) conducted through KKP users in the 100 operating companies in Borsa Istanbul (BIST) has been evaluated with the software Smart PLS 3.2.7. The results of the research were found that the quality of the CCP system and the quality of the CCP service (providers) were assessed as organizational elements; the common belief and the system-business compliance, the coordination assessed as an environmental element, influenced the user value.
