Individuals’ learning needs and their enthusiasm to learn trace back as far as human history. In the early years of human history, most educational activities were carried out in a personal, one-on-one setting since there were no formal education institutions. Throughout time, formal education became an obligation because there were more learners and only one tutor (Karagüzel, 2008, 49). It is only possible via the education cycle that individuals come to know more about themselves and to determine their aims and make right decisions. Even though these achievements begin in the family, they have to be continued by teachers in school. On the other hand, the classical education view has lost its importance recently. Education’s mission is to search for information, find, and develop it (Çiftçili, 2007, 1). Education systems have to keep up with the developments of the current era in order to educate people according to society’s need. To be able to achieve this, it is necessary to get training both in public schools and private training courses (Yurtluk, 2005, 67). As an alternative to education courses, these courses are called private training courses, especially serving for exam preparations.
