Abstract:

With the spread of blockchain applications, financial technology (fintech) has changed direction and gained impulse. The fast-growing and growing fintech market, unlike organized markets, is not subject to a clear regulation and control. The functioning and structure of the Fintek ecosystem enterprises should be monitored, like other monetary and capital markets, and certain sanctions should be imposed. There are three different dimensions of regulations: financial regulations, technical-technical regulations and sand pools. Since traditional financial services carry the risks that they face, financial regulations are vital for fintech services. It is also important to ensure that certain technical and technological requirements are fulfilled in terms of control and control, and that services and services are sustainable. On the other hand, the arrangement of the sand pools in the laboratory work of the actors and/or applications to enter the market is of particular importance. The study also discussed three perspectives and examined the aspects that the regulators need. Examples from the countries that legalized the control and control mechanisms were given to the process of regulations.
