Bir imalat işletmesinin performansını anlamak için göz önüne alınması gereken pek çok faktör bulunmaktadır. Bu faktörler bir arada analiz edilmelidir. Değerlendirme faktörleri, banka finans uzmanları ile mülakatlar yapılarak ve literatür araştırması sonucunda belirlenmiştir. Belirlenen değerlendirme faktörleri; likidite oranları, mali yapı oranları, devir hızı oranları ve kârlılık oranlarına ait 15 adet finansal orandır. Söz konusu 15 adet değerlendirme faktörünün ağırlığı SWARA yöntemi ile belirlenmiştir. Ardından, Borsa İstanbul (BIST) Sınai kategorisinde yer alan 157 adet işletme, GİA yöntemi ile analiz edilmiştir. Analizi yapabilmek için gerekli olan BIST Sınai kategorisinde yer alan işletmelerin bilanço ve gelir tablolarına ait veriler Finnet programı yardımıyla elde edilmiştir. Bu çalışmanın amacı, BIST Sınai kategorisinde yer alan işletmelerin performanslarını bankacı gözüyle değerlendirmektir. Sonuçlar sektör için faydalı bilgiler sunmaktadır. Verilerin analiz edilmesinde, Excel paket programı kullanılmıştır.
There are many different factors that should be taken into account to understand the performance of a manufacturing company. These factors should be analyzed together. Evaluation factors are determined by interviews with the financial experts at the banks in addition to the literature survey. The evaluation factors that are determined are 15 financial ratios related to liquidity ratios, financial structure ratios, turnover rates and profitability ratios. Within the scope of the study, the weights of these financial ratio are found with the SWARA method. Then, the companies in BIST manufacturing category are analyzed with the GRA method. Balance sheet and income statements data of the enterprises included in the BIST Industrial category, which are required for the analysis, are obtained with the help of the Finnet program. The purpose of the study is to evaluate the performance of enterprises in the BIST Industrial category from the point of view of the bank managers. The results provide useful information for the sector. Excel package program is used to analyze the data.
