So many results that aren't mine?

Mülkiyet hakkı eşya üzerinde kurulan, sahibine en geniş yetkileri tanıyan ayni haktır ve Roma hukukuna göre bu hakkı kullanan, başkasına zarar vermiş olmaz. Bununla birlikte başkalarının haklarının korunması amacıyla dönemler içinde hakkın kullanımı bakımından çeşitli sınırlamalar kabul edilmiştir. Özel hukuk bakımından bu sınırlamalar komşuluk ilişkileri kapsamında incelenecek, ayrıca taşınmaz lehine irtifak hakları, sulara, ağaçlara, inşaata ve dumana ilişkin kurallar ve sınırlamalar belirlenecektir.

Abstract:

The right of property is the same right established on the property, which recognizes the authority of ownership and which, according to the Roman law, does not harm anyone else. However, in order to protect the rights of others, various restrictions have been adopted in terms of the use of the rights during periods. For the purposes of special law, these restrictions will be examined within the framework of neighbourhood relations, and the rules and restrictions relating to the rights of access to immovable benefits, water, trees, construction and smoke will be established.
